Step 1: I already have a current NRAS number – proceed to step 4.

Step 2: Before proceeding to the online NRAS application form. Please check your NRAS Eligibility Requirements here

Step 3: Apply via the QLD NRAS Online Application website: Please be aware that your eligibility will be checked, and you will need to supply supporting documentation later in this process regarding income and assets. Fill out the NRAS Online Application Form to apply for a NRAS ID Number. Once the form is completed and submitted, the government will email you confirmation of your application along with your NRAS ID Number Click here to go to the NRAS Online Application Form to obtain your NRAS ID Number. (This may take some time for the government to process depending on government website demand)

Step 4: Congratulations on receiving your NRAS ID Number. To submit your application with the Emporio Property Manager, complete and submit the forms below along with documentation to confirm your identity and substantiate your household income.

Step 5: We will advise you directly if your application to join us as a tenant has been successful.
